Hydrotherapy showers
The shower is the best form of hydrotherapy because the water in contact with our body is continuously changing; therefore it creates the constant renovation of mechanical and thermal stimuli. The tropical shower consists of fast alternating streams of hot and cold water, always starting with hot water first.
